How To Use KiCad to Make a Printed Circuit Board: Part 2

It’s time to associate a physical footprint to those schematic parts. This is the second video in a three part series about how to make a simple PCB using KiCad.   • 11Ω Resistor
  • 9V Battery Snap Connector
  • 0.047μF 100V Ceramic Capacitor
  • (2) 10μF 25V Aluminum Capacitors
  • 100μF 35V Aluminum Capacitor
  • LM386 Audio Amplifier
  • 8 Pin Socket
  • (2) 3.5mm Female Mono Headphone Jack 
  • 10kΩ Potentiometer
  • SPST Switch

    How did you solder the audio jack to the PCB? Via wires to the board and jack?
